AutoTrader — a fully autonomous market-prediction system running 1,800+ models across the S&P 500, with daily emails before the opening bell. The latest direction is improving feature engineering (the system now handles 500+ features per ticker across 8 signal families) and tightening direction-accuracy gates after an April 2026 retraining cycle. Personalization at Shipt (since September 2024) — building two-tower recommender infrastructure and feature pipelines for the e-commerce search and discovery surfaces.
Meta Council — a multi-agent LLM framework for high-stakes decision support, with weighted synthesis and dissent preservation. Live demo at meta-council.com; paper in publications.
June 2026 — Health dashboard became a planning tool. The /health/ dashboard now turns my own Garmin history into next-day guidance — a target bedtime and sleep duration, when to exercise, and recovery cues — layered on a causal-analysis section and a detective-style "Evidence Board" that maps the one validated chain (bedtime → sleep → quality → recovery → calm), shows each link's effect size and sample size, and stays honest about the dead ends it checked and threw out. Single-subject and observational by design. Garmin data now auto-publishes three times a day.
June 2026 — Site analytics, enriched and fully automated. /analytics/ grew traffic-quality scoring, day/hour heatmaps, a visitor-geography map, and trend lines — and now refreshes itself daily on GitHub Actions instead of a manual script. /status/ tracks its freshness alongside the other pipelines.
May 2026 — Downloadable resume. New /resume/ page with a print-friendly 3-page PDF (no contact info). The portfolio got a matching "At a Glance" outline restructure with skim-friendly section cards.
May 2026 — Interactive genomics paper companions. Two visual companions to the methods paper: EUR vs EAS chromosome browser plots GWS hits across chr 1-22 (the chr 6 MHC band is dense in EUR, conspicuously empty in EAS); chip-PRS explorer lets visitors drop their own 23andMe v5 file in the browser to see how their typed SNPs land — no upload, parsing happens client-side.
May 2026 — Personal pharmacogenomics report + companion methods paper. Refactored /genomics/ from an EUR-anchored psychiatric-PRS report to a CPIC-aligned single-variant pharmacogenomics report (East Asian baseline frequencies). Companion paper (PDF) documents that the chr 6 MHC dominance in consumer-chip psychiatric PRS is European-cohort-specific and absent from East Asian-cohort GWAS at current sample sizes.
Site polish. Cross-cutting consistency fixes — homepage feature counts, social-preview meta tags on the publications and 404 pages, dashboard footer copyrights, internal-link audit (0 broken across 215 relative links), navbar parity across all pages.
Health dashboard — Garmin biometrics (body battery, HRV, sleep, steps, stress) auto-published 3×/day (8 AM / 2 PM / 9 PM PT). Site analytics — Google Analytics rollups with geography, heatmaps, and traffic-quality scoring, auto-updated daily via GitHub Actions. The knowledge graph and system status now rebuild from the vault and republish automatically every day as well. /status/ shows live freshness across all of them.
