AutoTrader — a fully autonomous market-prediction system running 1,800+ models across the S&P 500, with daily emails before the opening bell. The latest direction is improving feature engineering (the system now handles 500+ features per ticker across 8 signal families) and tightening direction-accuracy gates after an April 2026 retraining cycle. Personalization at Shipt (since September 2024) — building two-tower recommender infrastructure and feature pipelines for the e-commerce search and discovery surfaces.
Meta Council — a multi-agent LLM framework for high-stakes decision support, with weighted synthesis and dissent preservation. Live demo at meta-council.com; paper in publications.
May 2026 — Personal pharmacogenomics report + companion methods paper. Refactored /genomics/ from an EUR-anchored psychiatric-PRS report to a CPIC-aligned single-variant pharmacogenomics report (East Asian baseline frequencies). Companion paper (PDF) documents that the chr 6 MHC dominance in consumer-chip psychiatric PRS is European-cohort-specific and absent from East Asian-cohort GWAS at current sample sizes.
Site polish. Cross-cutting consistency fixes — homepage feature counts, social-preview meta tags on the publications and 404 pages, dashboard footer copyrights, internal-link audit (0 broken across 215 relative links).
Health dashboard — Garmin biometrics (body battery, HRV, sleep, steps, stress) auto-updated daily; calendar-density overlays added in May. Site analytics — Google Analytics rollups, also auto-updated daily.
